I agree with Aj because events like these two can be easily prevented. We can prevent miss happenings like these by not using nuclear energy of any kind. The less we use it the less likely for things like that to happen. Or we could simply have them as far away from civilization as possible.
I think that if we build more structured nuclear plants and sturdier base just in case any natural disasters occur.
